Fact: 50% of women and 10% of men fear spiders - but men are less likely to admit it, so that figure may be much higher.
Spiders can be anything from just a nuisance with their cobwebs to reducing some people to hysteria, but either way you don't want to find one in the bath and end up having to scream for help!
I belong to the "screaming for help" group so I've gone out of my way to find out how to get rid of spiders and have brought together a range of deterrents which I've found to be successful, from sprays and fumigators to spider catchers and the latest sophisticated electronic devices.
